This is not as complicated as it looks.
I have just given extensive explanation.
Guys, I have been using this method for than a month now.
Keep pc on from 3:45 AM to 8:45PM. (RS happy hours)
In get minimum of 150-250 points per hour in this method.
As you can see, this is the time when there is no free bandwidth in BSNL, i will tell you that all it took was 400MB for 4000points!!
If you dont want to waste so much of bandwidth, you can start from 3:30AM to 8:AM. that will give you 1000points/day without using any bandwidth. ;)
If you follow this only from 3:30AM to 8:00AM, i can guarantee you getting a months RS account in 7-10days (Browsing will be nearly impossible in this period).

The most indetail explanation possible...
1.Get a link from your collectors zone.
If u dont have account, this is how to create it:
2.Copy your link
3.Open Elephant. Then..
4.If you have autorename, do this, else skip:
copy the txt notepad and save it as delete.bat
del/q "C:\Downloads\Untitled Download"
You can change the path between the " " to specify the path where you said elephant to save the file.
How to know when to delete?
There comes a time when Elephant starts disconnectin and reconnecting every time & not every 5 times, that is when it has to be done (usually between 40-60min).. Time it the first time, then just put a scheduler on repeat mode to do it.

For those having dynamic ip, not dialup:
Suggestions:
1.Use a software called Net Meter. It is available in the apps section. It will Show the bandwidth usage and ip(u have to change in settings).... Try each method of reconnection.. there are only 3+1. The one working for you is fine.. Just be seeing the ip in net meter, if it has changed during reconnect, Its fine..
2.You can use the reconnector you used to use before and put it n the external reconnector option.
3. If none of them works, Record a macro of mouse movements (I use Jitbit.Macro Recorder v4.1
Record the mouse movements to disconnect and reconnect (might be disadling the lan card and re enabling that). Save it as exe in file menu, Put it in the path for external reconnector.. (PC will be unusable if you record mouse movements for obvious reasons)
